The two styles of skeletal traction devices insert into the TenZor™ Carbon Fiber Traction Unit Assembly (BF72) to allow for skeletal traction of the lower extremity. The Skeletal Bow (BF724) has its own radiolucent, carbon fiber, U-shaped holder design while the Skeletal Bow/Block uses a pin system for use of others’ holders for connection of Steinman pin or Kirschner wires. Both of these skeletal traction accessories use a coupler connection to be used with the TenZor Traction Unit Assembly which is sold separately.
Other Attachments Required: TenZor Carbon Fiber Traction Unit Assembly (BF72) and Traction Accessory Clamp (BF0002)
NOTE: For use with the older, ratchet style Traction Unit Assembly (BF0006) the older skeletal traction accessories with the flat tab would be needed. BF00028 is the Traction Block, Skeletal and BF371 for the Traction Bow.
