With its modular design and intuitive functionality, the Opposite Leg Holder (OLH) is a fully adjustable surgical leg holder that allows swift installation to the side rails of any standard Operating Room (OR) table. The clamping levers provide simple adjustability and firm attachment. Fully adjustable based on patient leg length. Suitable for patients up to 227 kg (500 lbs.). Multiple adjustment points ensure both legs can be positioned symmetrically, allowing accurate leg length and hip joint comparison before and after the procedure via X-ray.
When using the PURIST, the same traction boot is used for the operative and non-operative legs, simplifying changeover for bilateral Total Hip Replacement (THR). The Opposite Leg Holder (OLH) can be stored on the ARCH or PURIST Orthopedic Leg Positioners, creating a small storage footprint.
Denyer Plus OLH models are designed to be slightly longer than the standard OLH models. The Denyer Plus version should always be combined with the DAA Top 360 (BF00408). The longer length of the OLH’s extension rail enables proper positioning of the patient’s non-operative leg when the DAA Top 360 is installed.
